Return Instructions

Exchanges

Exchanges can be arranged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn and has all original tags attached. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Order Cancellations and Damaged Items
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@avenlylondon.com. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@avenlylondon.com and include clear photos of the issue.
If the item you received is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. After we receive and verify the item, you will receive either a replacement or a full refund.
