• Free Delivery: Available on all orders within the United Kingdom.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Process

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

The estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday).

Possible Delays

Order Cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@avenlylondon.com and include photos of the issue. Our team will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
